The technician behind Maclab
I started with the first Macs running the Motorola 68000 and AppleTalk crossover cables. I never stopped since: today I look after creative studios, photographers, professionals and small offices in Milan who really work on their Macs, the ones for whom half a day with a dead Mac is a total disaster.
I'm not a call center and I try to make myself understood without jargon: I look at how you work and suggest the simplest, longest-lasting solution. And when something breaks at the wrong moment, you get me on the phone, not a ticket, not a switchboard or an AI voice.
